Account information: when you sign up or sign in, we collect the email address you provide and your password (stored with one-way encryption such as bcrypt — we cannot see it in plain text), plus an optionally bound phone number.

Uploaded content: images, videos, and other media you upload, along with prompts, dimensions, and other task parameters you enter, are used solely to complete the AI processing tasks you initiate.

Payment information: payments are processed by payment providers such as Stripe and WeChat Pay. Full payment details such as card numbers are handled by those providers; we do not store your full card information and keep only transaction records such as order numbers, amounts, and payment status.

Device and log information: to keep the service secure and stable, we record necessary access logs such as IP addresses, device types, browser information, access times, and operation records.

Cookies and similar technologies: used to maintain your sign-in session, remember language preferences, and protect security — see section 10.

Support communications: content you provide when contacting us, used to handle your inquiries and complaints.

To provide, maintain, and improve SheenCloud's features and complete the AI image and video processing tasks you initiate;

To process orders, grant credits and membership benefits, and send order, subscription, and service notifications;

To protect account and service security and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations;

To send you service notifications, with your consent or as permitted by law.

We will not use your uploaded media for purposes beyond the task, nor for model training or advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, nor do we provide your media to unrelated third parties for model training or advertising.

We share only the information necessary to deliver the service: with cloud services called upon to complete processing tasks (such as object storage and compute providers), limited to the data required for the task; with payment providers such as Stripe and WeChat Pay to complete payments; or when required by law or necessary to protect public safety.

If the business is transferred or restructured, we will notify you in advance and require the recipient to continue honoring this policy.

Our servers and some service providers may be located outside your jurisdiction. Your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions, and we take reasonable technical and contractual measures to keep it secure.

Account data is stored in access-controlled databases with passwords stored using one-way encryption; uploaded media and generated results are kept in secure object storage.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures (such as encrypted transmission, access controls, and least-privilege access) to protect your information.

No internet transmission is absolutely secure, so please safeguard your account credentials and contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.

If a security incident such as a personal data breach, tampering, or loss occurs, we will act immediately to remedy it and assess its impact.

Where required by applicable law, we will promptly report to regulators; and where the incident is likely to pose a high risk to your lawful rights and interests, we will notify affected users without undue delay, describing what happened, the measures taken, and the precautions you can take.

We retain the information needed to provide the service while your account remains active.

Tasks and related files can be deleted by you at any time on the site; after account deletion, your data is removed from production systems, and residual copies in backups are cleared as backups rotate within a reasonable period.

You have the right to access and correct your account information; to delete your tasks, uploaded media, and generated results; to export results you have generated; to withdraw consent you have given (withdrawal does not affect processing based on consent before withdrawal); and to delete your account.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding personal data protection.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the means at the bottom of the page — we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can delete your account yourself in the “Danger zone” on your profile page: after clicking delete, you must enter your registered email to confirm, and the account is then permanently deleted.

Deletion covers your profile, all tasks and generated results, order and billing records, subscriptions, and remaining credits; any auto-renewing subscription is cancelled at the same time.

Deletion is irreversible, so please save anything you wish to keep before confirming.

We use necessary cookies to maintain your sign-in session, remember language preferences, and keep the service secure.

We will not use your information for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking without your permission.

You can manage or clear cookies in your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent features such as sign-in from working properly.

Third-party services such as payment and cloud providers are governed by their own privacy policies; please review them before using those services. We share information with third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

The service may contain links to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for those sites' privacy practices.

SheenCloud is primarily intended for adult users. Users under 18 should use the service under the guidance of a guardian.

We will not collect personal information from children under 14 without guardian consent; if we discover such collection, we will delete it promptly.

At sign-up, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older or have obtained guardian consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be highlighted prominently on the site with an effective date.

Updates are published on this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
